I don't believe the chain is original to this piece. (Not sure)
This is an Art Deco/ Victorian style.
White Guilloche enamel with hand painted Pansy motif
It looks like sterling silver, but it is not marked so its priced accordingly.
These were popular in the early 19th century in Austria, France and UK
