This Koret taffeta fabric is simple yet so Mad Men elegant. It is in good vintage condition.
The interior is black and gold satin with one zippered compartment and an attached change purse with a thin gold chain. Closure hardware is a gold tone in very good condition ( no tarnish) . Closing mechanism is hidden under hardware.
There are a few minor flaws with this bag due to age. One, it appears that handle/strap was glued to hardware at one time, it needs restoration. ( you can see in last picture the white glue on corner of gold hardware. Does not affect handle at all.
Two, there are two tiny worn spots on either side of upper frame when you open bag. The taffeta material is worn on each corner, exposing the white interior. (This wear is only seen when you open the bag.
The rest of the outer material is in very good condition, no tears or stains.
